Sales Coordinator:

JD For sales coordinator.

1-3 yrs experience in generating leads in the Domestic market and be bold enough to handle customers of various kinds.

Generate leads through active and passive database churning and outbound calling.

Would need to identify prospects from the database to pass to the sales team.

Making polite conversation with customers / prospects on the phone.

Ability to call us prospects and engage them for a meeting and the demo.

Work closely with Business development/Sales team for Client appointments and achieve targets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Making calls to understand whether there is requirement for particular product / services of our clients.

Maintaining call reports and recording discussion with the clients in the format specified.

Ensure follow ups are done telephonically and on emails for all appointments.

Undertaking first / second level of research towards successful call results.

Work on B2B campaigns in every sector.

Converts inquiries into sales by answering Outbound/Inbound telephone calls..
